Short Orlando Re-cap.

So, we’re currently in St. Petersburg, FL and I’m sitting on the PlayWork/ ECI bus on day two of my run on Warped Tour. Yesterday was ridiculously hot, but probably not as bad as what we’re going to be facing tomorrow in Miami (my hometown).

I got a chance to check out Jack’s Mannequin’s set yesterday and took a few photos which I’ll post once I figure this jank out. Anyways, I’ve always been into Jack’s ever since “Everything in Transit” was released and have seen him live once while he was completely plastered at a college show. A little more sober this time, Andrew played a really good and solid set combining the old songs everyone seemed to know and love as well as a few new cuts off “The Glass Passenger”.

Of the few bands I saw yesterday, Jack’s Mannequin respectably won my number two spot for best live band of the day beaten by the one and only Four Year Strong – by a landslide I must say. FYS played our PlayWork/ East Coast Indie stage bringing the biggest, most energetic and beyond all passionate crowd. Let’s just say, they knocked down the whole security team at one point.

Anyways, I’ll be posting a longer and more detailed blog tonight, so watch out for that. For now, I think that’s it!
